My vision at Cotswold Calm is a space to slow down. soften, and reconnect with yourself. Through breathwork, sound, and holistic therapies, I guide you in safely exploring your inner world, allowing space to release suppressed emotions, reconnect to your body, and return to a place of calm & connection

As an ethically compliant Breathwork Facilitator, I work in alignment with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GBPA). I am committed to trauma-informed practice, ensuring every session is held with safety,care, and consent.

I trained with Breathing Space, a highly respected breathwork school, where I developed a deep understanding of Conscious Connected Breathing. This training underpins the safe, grounded,and supportive spaceI hold for your journey.

Through the transformative power of breathwork and sound healing, I gentle guide you out of stress and overwhelm, helping restore balance to your mind, body, and emotions. Cotswold Calm was created as a safe, nurturing space that gently guides you back to a place of inner peace.
My trauma-informed studio is warm, welcoming, and free from judgement — a sanctuary where both men and women can feel truly seen, heard, and held.
When life feels overwhelming, even the simple act of breathing can become shallow and restricted without us realising it. Over time, this creates tension in the body and leaves the mind in a state of constant alertness — keeping you trapped in cycles of anxiety, restlessness, or emotional numbness.
Therapeutic breathwork is a powerful yet gentle practice that helps you break free from that cycle, guiding your nervous system back into a state of calm and balance.

I’m so glad you’re here.
My journey into holistic healing has been shaped by over 30 years of working with the body, mind, and spirit. Beginning in the beauty industry, I discovered early on that true well-being goes far beyond skin deep. Over the years, my path has naturally evolved—guided by a deep calling to help others navigate life’s challenges with more ease, self-compassion, and balance.
Through my own experiences of loss, trauma, transition, and personal growth, I’ve come to understand that healing is not a destination but a journey—one that requires gentle guidance, deep presence, and the right space to be simple. This understanding led me to expand my practice beyond beauty and bodywork into breathwork, sound healing, and integrative therapies. Cotswold Calm was born from this vision—a place where you can exhale, reconnect with yourself, and release what no longer serves you.
Here, I offer breathwork, sound therapy, massage, reiki, reflexology, talk therapy and life coaching practices —not just as treatments, but as deeply supportive experiences to help you find peace in the midst of life’s noise. Whether you're moving through grief, stress, anxiety, trauma, or simply seeking a space to restore your energy, I’m here to hold that space for you.
